Arrow Unjam Support

Tap an arrow and it slides off the board in the direction its head points, as long as no other arrow is in the way. Clear every arrow to finish the level.

If an arrow is blocked, it bounces back and you lose a heart. On big boards, pinch with two fingers to zoom in.

Finish a level without a mistake for 3 stars. One mistake gives 2 stars, more than that gives 1. You can replay any level you've beaten, and your best result is kept.

Each level gives you 3 hearts. When they're gone, the Jammed! popup lets you watch an ad or pay 300 coins to play on, or give up the level and lose 1 life.

You can hold up to 5 lives, and you get 1 back every 20 minutes. A life is used when you give up a level, or when you restart or leave a level after making a move (the game asks you first).

Out of lives? Watch an ad for 1 extra life, or refill them all for 500 coins.

• Hint shows an arrow that can escape.
• Eraser removes any arrow you tap.
• Blast launches every arrow that can escape right now.

Beating a new level gives 50 coins (10 for a replay), and you can double them by watching an ad. The Shop also has 100 free coins for watching an ad, plus coin packs and the Starter, Power and Mega Packs, which add boosters and unlimited lives for 2 to 12 hours.

Yes. Open Settings to switch Music, Sound, Vibration and the Dark board on or off.

Sign in with Google, or with Apple on iPhone and iPad: open Settings and tap SIGN IN. Your levels, stars, coins, boosters, lives and Remove Ads are saved to your account, and come back when you sign in on another device or reinstall the game.

As a guest, your progress stays on this device only, so it's lost if you delete the app.

The game saves to your account every few levels, after a purchase and when you sign out, so your last couple of levels can take a while to reach another device.

Only players signed in with Google or Apple are ranked. Guests aren't. Players are ranked by total stars, then by levels beaten, and shown with a short name such as "Alex N.".

Your score is uploaded every few levels, so new stars can take a little while to appear.

Open Settings and tap Delete account. Your progress, coins, boosters, lives and leaderboard entry are deleted from your device and our server. This can't be undone.

If you signed in with Google or Apple, you'll be asked to sign in again to confirm. Remove Ads is tied to your App Store or Google Play account, so you can get it back later with Restore Purchases.

Check that you're online, then close and reopen the game. For Remove Ads, tap Restore purchases in the Shop, or RESTORE PURCHASES in Settings.

If coins or a pack are still missing, send us a message with a screenshot of your receipt (it shows the order ID) and we'll look into it.

Remove Ads turns off the banner and the ads between levels. Ads you choose to watch for a reward (double coins, an extra life, a free booster) stay available, because watching them is up to you.
